These terms regulate the use of the Makalestore online store (makalestore.com) for purchasing clothing, footwear, and accessories. The offer is exclusively addressed to individual consumers, over 18 years of age, from Romania.
Makalestore undertakes to deliver the products according to the description displayed on the site, within the timeframe agreed upon at order completion. The customer is obliged to provide correct delivery data and to pay the value of the products at the time of placing the order. Any unilateral modification of the order after confirmation requires the written consent of the store.
Makalestore is not liable for delays caused by third parties (courier, payment processor) or for damage to products after delivery. The total liability of the store for any direct damage is limited to the value of the respective order. In the event of technical errors affecting the display of prices, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Customer data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing orders and related communications, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site. We do not share personal information with third parties outside of delivery and payment partners, strictly necessary for the execution of the contract.
Makalestore may unilaterally modify these terms, with prior notification to users by displaying the new version on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the platform after this period is equivalent to acceptance of the changes.
